POTTERFIELD, J.
after a review of the record, we affirm without opinion pursuant to Iowa Rule of appellate Procedure 6.1203(a) and (d) (2009). This case was submitted on summary judgment. The undisputed facts involve a slip and fall in an ongoing winter storm. The Iowa Supreme Court held in Reuter v. Iowa Trust Savings Bank, 244 Iowa 939, 943, 57 N.W.2d 225, 227
(1953), that a business is permitted to wait until a reasonable time after the end of a storm to remove ice and snow from the premises. Because the present case is not distinguishable fro Reuter, we agree with the district court that th Reuter Rule applies to preclude liability.
AFFIRMED.
