HUITINK, P.J., and VOGEL, J., and BROWN, S.J.[*] .

[*] Senior judge assigned by order pursuant to Iowa Code section 602.9206 (2005).

PER CURIAM.

Paul and Helen Travis appeal from the district court’s judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, granting an easement by implication over the shared driveway between the parties’ property. After reviewing the record and arguments on appeal, we agree with the district court’s finding of an easement by implication in favor of the plaintiffs. The findings of the district court were accurate, its reasoning sound, and the application of the law correct. Upon our de novo review of this equitable proceeding, we affirm without further opinion See Iowa R. App. P. 6.4, 6.24(1).

AFFIRMED.
